The New Silk Road Initiative in Afghanistan!
This was a USA Project, based in the military operations display by the US forces; The project was not in the hands of an American Agency for the Development, but in hands of General David Howell Petraeus. The idea was to created and control a Railroad for the traffic from Asia to the Middle East and Europe, in Afghanistan territory! The USA started with the investment making a project that is very logic, since Afghanistan was a passing market road since ancient times!
Over Afghanistan is the highest territory of Tajikistan full of water resources specially for hydroelectric power, that is mainly exported to China.
Afghanistan has 35k km of roads! Most of them natural, since the time of Zarathustra, more that 3000 years ago, that are flat, beautiful, streets; objects of desire of many kings and civilisations!
The project that was impossible for the USA, guilty of loosing the war without any agreement or possibilities with the Talibans. Now it’s in the hands of the Chineses, that with the doctrine that is money and business for everybody and no taxes! They have the Talibans allowing them all strategically investments!
