No matter how big or little our house is, we will have neighbours, and the common sense is to have a cordial rapport with them if there is no major reasons like criminal people, violent people, etc. Our rapport needs to increase every year on trust and reciprocity respect.
What Trump is doing in the representation of the USA towards Canada is irrational! He had a first minister: Justin Trudeau eating from his hands, a family friend; sometimes Trudeau was accused of submission in confront of the Trump clan, but he didn’t care, he was very unpopular in Canada in the recent times for this circumstance. Trump transformed his power in absolutism and tyranny! Now Trudeau is gone and the new first minister will make the life of the USA citizens very complicated since Canada is the source of quality wood for most of the USA construction sector. Suppliers of oil, alloy and steal!
The northern USA states use the Canadian electricity since there was never a need to make an investment in this sector as the neighbour: Canada, perfectly took care of it for less cost! Trump said: We provide Canada security. Canada has a great international image and is respected in all world without declared enemies, the USA can’t say the same. American traveler's patch Canadian flags on their backpacks to avoid local problematics when they travel to exotic countries.
Something else that is very important: Trump didn’t nominate or appoint a new USA ambassador in Canada. So there is not an Ambassador just a Business responsible.
Is this to be serious? He left the Canadians without diplomatic tools to complain about the presidents behaviour. My wife would call me crazy if I fight for no real reason with any of my neighbours.
